How we select and credential doctors

Before any doctor treats a Doccio patient, we commit to the following checks. Our clinical team includes general practitioners and other AHPRA-registered medical practitioners.

  • Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration is verified and re-checked on an ongoing basis.
  • Doctors hold current professional indemnity insurance.
  • Doctors have practised medicine in Australia and are familiar with local guidelines and referral pathways.
  • Clinical decisions are subject to ongoing peer review as part of our governance process.
