Doccio is an online service, not a local clinic. Our doctors are registered in Australia and can see people in every state and territory. Choose where you are for the hours, the pharmacy and certificate practicalities, and what to do if you need care in person instead.
The same prices everywhere
Pricing does not change by location. Our service hours are 8am–6pm Monday to Friday, Sydney time, and the after-hours rate applies outside that window — worth checking if you are in Perth, Adelaide, Darwin or Queensland, where the local clock differs.

Doccio has no physical clinic. If you need to be examined, seen urgently or admitted, use a local practice, an urgent care clinic or a hospital. In an emergency, call 000.
