Choose the service you need on Doccio, answer a short online form and confirm the price shown before you start. An AHPRA-registered Australian doctor reviews your request, contacts you if they need more information, and you only pay for a service the doctor can provide. Doccio pricing
Step 1: choose the right service
Start from the online doctor page for a consult, or medical certificates for a certificate. Certificates of three days or more need a doctor consult, so they're priced as doctor care.
Step 2: answer the form honestly
The form asks about the problem, when it started and what it stops you doing. Clear answers help the doctor decide quickly whether telehealth is suitable. See how to prepare for a telehealth appointment.
Step 3: confirm the price
Certificates start at $19 for one day and $29 for two days. Doctor care is $59 from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday (Sydney time) and $79 outside those hours. No subscriptions.
Step 4: the doctor reviews your request
The doctor may message or call you. If they decide telehealth isn't suitable and can't provide what you asked for, you're not charged for that request. In an emergency call 000.
